FlexTek began in 2008 when founder Stephen Morel was asked to solve a major workforce challenge: source the field technicians required for a global WiFi installation project. Within 24 months, the team had staffed and completed work across more than 11,000 locations.
But the bigger lesson wasn't simply how to hire at scale. It was that complex workforce challenges require more than traditional staffing. They require strategy, infrastructure, execution, accountability, and a partner willing to understand the business behind the hiring need. That idea shaped FlexTek.
What began as a solution to a complex talent challenge has evolved into a broader strategic workforce management organization helping companies evaluate opportunities, build stronger workforce strategies, execute critical initiatives, and continuously improve performance.
